Daventry began life as a small Anglo-Saxon village and is now a market town in Northamptonshire, located near the centre of England. The town centre is surrounded by beautiful countryside and growing residential and light industrial developments.
The town has excellent transport links, with the M1 motorway and nearest railway station at Long Buckby, close by. In recent years Daventry has become a warehousing and distribution centre with the creation of the Daventry International Railfreight Terminal ( DIRFT ).
Daventry is currently undergoing change that will create the need for more housing locally, thus increasing the opportunities for property investors well into the future.
